Registration-Gymnastics Clinic (4-7)

In our gymnastics and acro clinic, students will learn tumbling and gymnastics skills including rolls, splits, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and general strength and flexibility. This is a high energy, fun clinic that will leave your kids feeling strong and confident! *Our coaches are COVID-19 vaccinated. We leave it up to parents to decide if their child will wear a mask. **Prepayment is required and refunds are not given for absent students.

This agreement releases GroovinKids LLC, Katy Cryns, and all related entities, from all liability relating to injuries that may occur to the student(s) listed above during dance or gymnastics instruction. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold GroovinKids LLC, Katy Cryns, and all related entities, entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in dance and gymnastics. These include, but are not limited to, bruises, scrapes, and muscle injury. I swear that my child is participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, my child does not have any conditions that will increase his/her likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. By signing below, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against GroovinKids, Katy Cryns, and all related entities, for any reason. In return, I will receive dance and/or gymnastics instruction. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

GroovinKids has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, GroovinKids cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending GroovinKids classes could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19.
