Camp Registration-Deborah Group

In our week-long winter camp, students will have a blast doing gymnastics, dance, and themed activities & crafts with one of our incredible coaches. Students will learn basic to intermediate gymnastics skills, including rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, bridgework, balances, jumps, and more. Our coaches are trained professionals who love to teach kids! This is a high-energy, fun camp that will culminate in a showcase for parents on the final day. GroovinKids will provide an exceptional coach who will bring mats, music, a tumble-trak, and additional props – anything needed to have the best time each day. *Our coaches are COVID-19 vaccinated and will wear masks for the entirety of camp, but we leave it up to parents (or the host) to decide if the children must wear masks.

This agreement releases GroovinKids LLC, Katy Cryns, and all related entities, from all liability relating to injuries that may occur to the student(s) listed above during dance or gymnastics instruction. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold GroovinKids LLC, Katy Cryns, and all related entities, entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in dance and gymnastics. These include, but are not limited to, bruises, scrapes, and muscle injury. I swear that my child is participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, my child does not have any conditions that will increase his/her likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. By signing below, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against GroovinKids, Katy Cryns, and all related entities, for any reason. In return, I will receive dance and/or gymnastics instruction. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

GroovinKids has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, GroovinKids cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending GroovinKids classes could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19.
